Comments: When daily activities involve the 4810 code: If you supervise more than one garage, fill out the survey only once If you are patrolling in the early morning hours complete the Daily Report survey and submit by 5:30am. Whenever you submit a 5:30am report, fill out a second report and submit by 2:30pm. This lets us know if the storm is still affecting the afternoon commute. If you did NOT submit a 5:30am report, but a storm system moves in thereafter, submit at 2:30pm report (using 4810 code). Keep in mind the goal is to generate a picture of the driving conditions for the morning and afternoon commutes. Comments in the comment field are very useful. If a specific route/area is especially difficult for travel, please mention it.
